160 characters with spaces or equivalent to 1 standard text message. At present, we only allow 160 characters with spaces.
What is the format of the database?

I only have less than 2,000 database?
We have 7,000 active mobile phone users and we will randomly include those to make up the 2,500 numbers

It takes 1 day for every 2,500 numbers.
